Dental bridges
A fixed replacement for one or two missing teeth, anchored to the teeth either side, with no surgery and a pathway of around six weeks.
Fill the gap, without surgery
Fixed, not removable
Unlike a denture, a bridge stays put. You eat and clean around it like your own teeth, with no taking it in and out.
No surgery, faster
A bridge avoids the months an implant takes to heal, with the full pathway usually around six weeks.
Built to last
A conventional fixed bridge routinely lasts 15 to 20 years and beyond, well looked after.

Clear pricing, in writing
Every quote is itemised and given to you in writing before treatment begins, with no surprise charges, nothing added at the chair, and no obligation to go ahead. NHS and private options sit side by side. The full fee schedule is on our fees and finance page.

Bridge FAQs
How long does a bridge last?
A conventional fixed bridge routinely lasts 15 to 20 years and beyond, with good hygiene around it.
Bridge or implant?
A bridge is faster and surgery-free but involves the neighbouring teeth; an implant spares them and protects the bone. We set out which suits your gap.
How many appointments?
Usually two, two to three weeks apart while the lab makes the bridge, plus a review, around six weeks in total.
How do I clean under it?
With a floss threader or interdental brush under the false tooth. We show you the technique at the fit appointment.
