What to expect
Your first visit
A new-patient appointment is 30 minutes. We start by hearing what you’d like to be different and what you’d rather we left alone. Then a full examination, X-rays where they’re indicated, and a soft-tissue check.
What you leave with
A written plan covering every option we discussed and the exact cost of each. You take it home. No follow-up calls, no upsell. When you’re ready to book any treatment, you tell us.
If you’re nervous
Tell us before you arrive. We narrate every step before anything happens, we never start work you haven’t signed off, and we’ll stop whenever you raise a hand.
The fee for the first visit
The new-patient examination includes X-rays where indicated. See our fees & finance page for the fee and everything else.
