A new-patient appointment is one hour. We start by sitting down for twenty minutes, no chair, no tools, to hear what you'd like to be different and what you'd rather we left alone. Then a full examination, X-rays where they're indicated, and a soft-tissue check.
A written plan covering every option we discussed and the exact cost of each. You take it home. No follow-up calls, no upsell. When you're ready to book any treatment, you tell us.

Tell us before you arrive. We narrate every step before anything happens, we never start work you haven't signed off, and we'll stop whenever you raise a hand.
