How we handle the information you share through this website.
Last updated: 21 May 2026
This policy explains how Minti Dental Group uses the information you give us through this website, mintidentalgroup.co.uk. It covers website enquiries only. Once you are a patient, your clinical records are held separately by the practice that treats you, under that practice's own patient privacy notice.
Minti Dental Group brings together three practices: Nuffield Dental Practice, Church Langley Dental, and Enfield Smiles. For website enquiries you can reach us at hello@mintidentalgroup.co.uk or through our contact page.
When you complete the appointment-request form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the practice or location you prefer, your preferred day and time, and anything you choose to add in the notes field. We ask you not to include detailed medical history in the notes; a member of the team will take that with you directly.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The site uses only the cookies needed to function.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment at the practice you have chosen. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Your enquiry is passed to the relevant practice so they can contact you. We use a small number of trusted service providers to host the site and route form submissions to us; they process the information only on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If you become a patient, your clinical records are retained under the relevant dental record-keeping rules by the treating practice.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email hello@mintidentalgroup.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies from the date it appears on this page.
