Call early, and we triage you ahead of the diary
A same-working-day slot
Call early and we hold urgent slots open, triaged ahead of the routine diary, so you are seen today wherever it is possible.
Pain settled first
We relieve the pain or drain the infection at the first visit, then plan the definitive repair once things have calmed down.
Urgent NHS care
The NHS urgent rate covers pain, infection and trauma; private slots are available too, and any follow-up is quoted before it starts.

Emergency FAQs
What counts as a dental emergency?
Toothache that keeps you awake, facial swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, bleeding that won't stop, or an abscess. If unsure, ring us.
What do I do with a knocked-out adult tooth?
Hold it by the crown, not the root, rinse briefly in milk, and pop it back in the socket if you can. If not, keep it in milk and call at once, within the hour gives the best chance.
How quickly can I be seen?
Call early and we aim for a same-working-day slot. Severe swelling or a knocked-out tooth is prioritised.
What will it cost?
Urgent NHS care is charged at the flat NHS urgent rate. Private emergency fees are confirmed on the call, and any further work is quoted before it begins.
What about out of hours?
For life-threatening swelling affecting breathing, eye or throat, call NHS 111 or attend A&E. NHS 111 also directs you to the local out-of-hours dental service.
