Clear aligners
Discreet, removable teeth straightening using UK-made SmileAlign as our Invisalign alternative, planned digitally before a single aligner is made.
Straighter teeth, without the metal
Almost invisible, and removable
Clear trays worn 20 to 22 hours a day are barely noticeable, and you take them out to eat, brush, and for the occasions that matter.
See the result before you start
A 3D scan builds an animation of the finished smile, so you approve the plan before a single aligner is made.
Fits around your life
Reviews are short and six to ten weeks apart, so a course of four to nine months barely dents your diary.

Why we fit SmileAlign, not Invisalign
Clear pricing, in writing
Every quote is itemised and given to you in writing before treatment begins, with no surprise charges, nothing added at the chair, and no obligation to go ahead. NHS and private options sit side by side. The full fee schedule is on our fees and finance page.

Aligner FAQs
How long does treatment take?
Four to nine months for most mild to moderate cases, with a new tray every one to two weeks and a short review every six to ten weeks.
Will people notice them?
Rarely. The trays are clear and the attachments are tooth-coloured, so most people only mention them if you point them out.
Is this Invisalign?
No, we fit SmileAlign, a UK-made clear-aligner system that works on the same principle for the cases we treat, at a lower all-in fee.
Can I eat normally?
Yes, you take the aligners out to eat and drink anything but water, then brush and pop them back in. They are worn 20 to 22 hours a day otherwise.
What if my case is complex?
If aligners cannot achieve your goal we say so at consultation and refer you to a specialist, rather than start treatment that will not work.
