Toothache that won't settle, a broken tooth, a lost crown, a knocked-out tooth, or sudden swelling, call your nearest practice as early as you can. We keep emergency slots free every weekday.
A short triage call helps us judge whether you need to come in now or whether the issue is safe to wait until tomorrow. We'll always tell you which.
For life-threatening swelling that is closing your throat or eye, call NHS 111 or attend A&E. For other after-hours pain, NHS 111 will direct you to the local out-of-hours dental service.
